Friendly, competitive and honest. If your car needs something we don't do, we'll point you to a reputable local who does. That's how it works around here.
WOF Inspections
MTA Assured warrant inspections for cars, trailers and caravans. One customer called for a warrant and was booked in two hours later.
Servicing & Lubes
Regular servicing and oil changes done with Mobil lubricants, so the ute keeps pulling and the school run keeps running.
Tyres, New & Used
New and used tyres supplied and fitted at competitive prices, with honest advice on what your car actually needs.
Wheel Alignment
Proper wheel alignment that stops the pull, saves your tyres and keeps the steering wheel pointing where the car is going.
Brakes
Brake checks, pads, and repairs done properly. The kind of work you want right the first time, at a fair price.
General Repairs
Mechanical repairs across the board. If it's something we don't do, we'll point you to a reputable local who does.

Family run since 2007
Garnet Motor Services is a locally owned, family run workshop that's been part of Whangārei since 2007. We're MTA Assured, we use Mobil lubricants, and we take card payments, but mostly we just look after people's cars like they're our own.
